Unless you’re on a drip- there is no way you can eat and sleep at the same time.

Hence, the more you sleep the less you eat.

There is something about watching/reading people in action,

that makes you forget about food! I mean,

you may think about strawberries and cream but not a Burger!

Get rejected by someone you love – This is a tricky one,

because it can cause you to eat too much as well but my one and only experience made me realize,

If you’re really, really hurt last thing on your mind is food.

Weight, Weight Go Away…

Man, weight loss is a pain.

I know that anything good is a big pain in the butt, but weight loss- it tops everything. Maybe even the pain of childbirth!

If you have always been fat, the good news is that you can become thin with a change in routine but if you were always skinny and then put on tons of weight, chances of you slimming down are SLIM 😦

Me, if you have read my previous ramblings, will know that I come under the second category,Thin when I should have had baby fat and Fat when I am no longer a baby…

Just do it, says my mind….just eat it, says my body.

Until I get out of my mind world and step into exercise reality, nothing will ever change, not my mind nor my body.

So today, as I am MY witness and so are you, my few 😦 readers out there, I have decided to really do it.

My clothes are ready, my kitchen is empty, my body is steady and my mind, it’s in two places right now but I will make it ready.

Tulsi Organic Green Tea √

Breakfast: Kellogg’s Wheat flakes/Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats/Soups √

Coconut Water √

Fruits √

Everything is there and here I am once again, ready for the battle of weights…

Hot guys with damn good bodies…Shiv- Balika Vadhu/ Nihal Singh- Veera/ local gym trainers- cute ones not those extra beefy ones/etc …Am not saying I will get them but if I do, atleast I won’t feel inferior to them…their toned abs and tight butts!

Can eat anything and people will still say – you don’t eat kya!

Fountain of youth

Beautiful glowing skin (Fair and lovely face wash + green leafy vegetables and fruits)

Can wear sexy high heels all night long and not spend the next two days in bed paralyzed.

Weight loss; please come to me this year…I don’t want to be 50 and still be sitting on my computer and writing on this silly blog. I will be good, I promise 🙂 I do….
